  • Can I buy/sell/service a watch from the comfort of my home?

Absolutely! All our services are available at the click of a button on your device. We arrange for both pick-up and delivery of watches and also support online payment options.

  • How do I avail premium servicing?
Click on ‘Book a Slot’ in our Premium Servicing section. Pick a slot of your choice from the ones available, and fill out our brief form with watch and contact details. We will reach out to you within 72 hours and have your watch picked up. Once the job is completed, we will have it delivered back to you.
  • How do I make payments?

Once you choose to buy a product or avail our service, you will be directed to our payment gateway. The following payment options are supported online

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, Maestro,
  • Internet Banking
  • UPI
  • Wallets: Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM
  • How do I sell my watch at DWW?

Click on ‘Sell a Watch’ in the Trade with Us section. Fill out our brief form with watch images, other details and your contact information. We will reach out to you within 72 hours to take the conversation forward. Once you accept a quote proposed by us, we will have the watched picked up. Payment against the mutually agreed upon quote will be processed during the time of pick-up.

  • What if something I want to buy is out of stock?

You can click on the ‘Notify me when item is back in stock’ option on the product page and share your contact details. Once the item is back in stock, we will notify you on the shared email ID/phone number. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to get notified of new arrivals and to get early access to deals and limited edition watches.

  • What if I want to exchange or return a product that I purchased?

This will be ascertained on a case-to-case basis and communicated to you.
